Answer:

putting x = 0

then 3y = 6 - 0

the value of y =2

putting x =1

then 3y = 6-1

the value of y =5/3

putting x =2

then 3y= 6 -2

the value of y =4/3

ANSWER

(0,2) (1,5/3) (2,4/3)

the answer of x+3y = 6
