Solve the following pairs of equations by
cross multiplication method.
9x +5y=7, 6x-y=22​

You don't really need to use cross multiplication method

Let 9x+5y=7 be equation 1

Let 6x-y=22 be equation 2

Multiply equation 1 with 2 and equation 2 with 3

So we get

18x+10y=14

18x-3y=66

Subtract equation 2 from equation 1

So

13y=-52

y=-4

put y=-4 in equation 1

So

18x-40=14

18x=26

x=13/9

And there we go thats the answer
