Hii friend,
5X - 3Y = 1........(1)
2X + 5Y = 19--------(2)
From equation (1) we get,
5X - 3Y = 1
5X = 1+3Y
X = 1+3Y/5-------(3)
Putting the value of X in equation (2)
2X + 5Y = 19
2 × (1+3Y/5) + 5Y = 19
2 + 6Y/5 + 5Y = 19
2+6Y + 25Y = 19 × 5
31Y + 2 = 95
31Y = 95-2
31Y = 93
Y = 93/31 = 3
Putting the value of Y in equation (3)
X = 1+3Y/5 = 1 + 3 × 3/5 = 1+9/5 = 10/5
X = 2
HENCE,
X = 2 AND Y = 3
HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)
