⭐Solution⭐
✏given here
8x +5y = 9.......(1)
3x +2y = 4........(2)
[Solve by substitution method]
by (2),
3x = 4-2y
=>x = (4-2y)/3......(3)
keep in (1),
we get,
8 × (4-2y)/3 +5y = 9
=> 32-16y + 15 = 27
=> -16y = 27-47
=> y = 20/16
=> y = 5/4
keep in (3),
x = (4-2×5/4)3
= (4-5/2)/3
= (8-5)/6
= 3/6
= 1/2
✒Thus:-
Value of x = 1/2
value of y = 5/4
