using distance formula

AB = √( x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2

AB= √(2-1)^2+( 3+2)^2

AB=√1+25

AB= √26

similarly BC =√(-3-2)^2+(2-3)^2

Bc= √25+1

BC = √26

similarly CD = √(-4+3)^2+(-3-2)^2

CD= √1+25

CD = √26

and DA= √(1+4)^2+(-3+2)^2

DA = √ 25+1

DA= √26

Hance all the side are equal so it is rhombus .
