x+x+1+x+2=63

3x+3=63

3x=63-3

3x=60

the three consecutive numbers are 20,21,22

let Ram and shyam ages be 3x and 4x

after five years 3x+5 and 4x+5

according to the question

3x+5+4x+5=45

7x+10=45

7x =45-10

7x=35

x=35/7

x=5

=3×5=15

shyam 's age =4x

=4×5=20

their present ages =15 and 20
