So, I solve above equation

√(2) x² - 3x -2√2 = 0

applying sridharacharya formula in equation,

x = {-b±√(b²-4ac)}/2a

And here, a=√2, b=-3, c=-2√2

[because general quadratic equation is ax² + bx +c =0]

Now put the values of a,b and c in formula;

x={3±√(9+16)}/2√2

= {3±5}/2√2

x=+2√2 and x=-1/√2
