3x² - 13x +. 10 = 0

⇒ 3x ² - 10x - 3 x + 10 =0

⇒ ( 3x² - 10 x ) - ( 3 x + 10) =0

⇒ x ( 3x - 10) - 1 ( 3x - 10) = 0

⇒ ( x - 1 ) ( 3x - 10 ) =0
