2 {x}^{2}  - 7x + 5 = 0 \\  \\ 2 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 5x + 5 = 0 \\  \\ 2x(x - 1) - 5(x - 1) = 0 \\  \\ (x - 1) \: (2x - 5) = 0 \\  \\ when \: (x - 1) = 0 \\ x = 1 \\ when \: (2x - 5) = 0 \\ 2x = 5 \\ x =  \frac{5}{2}

2x²-5x-2x+5=0

x(2x-5)-(2x-5)=0

(x-1)(2x-5)=0

x=1 , x= 5/2
