3x +  \frac{2}{5x}  + 4 =  \frac{3}{4} \\  \\  \frac{15 {x}^{2} + 2 + 20x}{5x}  =  \frac{3}{4}  \\  \\ 60 {x}^{2}  + 8 + 80x = 15x \\ 60 {x}^{2}  + 8 = 15x - 80x \\ 60 {x}^{2}  + 8 = 65x

4(3x+2)=3(5x+4)

12x+8=15x+12

12x-15x=12-8

-3x=4

x = -4/3
