sum \: of \: two \: rational \: numbers =  \frac{ - 14}{9}  \\ first \: rational \: number =  \frac{19}{3}  \\ another \: rational \: number = \frac{ - 14}{9}  -  \frac{19}{3}  \\  =  \frac{( - 14) - 57}{9}  =  \frac{( - 14) + ( - 57)}{9}  \\  =  \frac{ - 71}{9}  =  - 7 \frac{8}{ 9} (answer)
