we can write in the form of   t w o / t e n
t and t get cancels  

w o / e n
and we know that
w = 23rd letter
o = 15th letter
e = 5th letter
n = 14th letter
therefore (23+15)/(5+14)
38/19 = 2

∴ 2/10 = 2
