3a-2b= -10. --------1
2a+3b=2. ---------2

multiply-----1 with 3 and----2 with 2

now new equations are

9a-6b= -30
4a+6b,= 4

on solving above equations we get 13a= -26
a= -2 substitute in------1
b= 2
