Answer:

Given, 4x + 3y - 4 = 0 -------(1)

6x = 8 - 5y

6x + 5y - 8 = 0 -------(2)

use Cramer's rule ,

4x + 3y - 4 = 0

6x + 5y - 8 = 0

for equations ,

\frac{x}{3\times-8-(-4)\times5}=\frac{-y}{4\times - 8-(-4)\times6}=\frac{1}{4\times5-3\times6}

3×−8−(−4)×5

x

=

4×−8−(−4)×6

−y

=

4×5−3×6

1

=> x/(-24 + 20) = -y/(-32+ 24) = 1/(20 - 18)

=> x/-4 = -y/-8= 1/2

=> x/-4 = y/8 = 1/2

=> x = -4/2 = -2 and y = 8/2 = 4

hence, x = -2 and y = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

Hope it will help you
