3x-2y=-6 ------- (1)

8x-3y=-2 ------- (2)

3x - 2y + 6 = 0

8x - 3y + 2 = 0

Using Cramer's rule:-

-2         3          6            -2

-3         8          2            -3

=> x/-16 + 9 = y/6 - 48 = 1/-18 + 4

=> x/-7 = y/-42 = 1/-14

=> x/-7 = 1/-14

=> -14x = -7 = 14x = 7 Hence x = 7/14 = 1/2 (Answer)

=> y/-42 = 1/-14

=> -14y = -42 = 14y = 42 Hence y = 42/14 = 3 (Answer)

X = 1/2 and y = 3 (Answer)
