3a+5b=26........(1)
a+5b=22..........(2)
by elimination method,,,,
1*1, 3a+5b=26
2*3, 3a+15b=66
     (-)   (-)    (-)
⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻⁻
            -10b= -40
        or, b = -40/ -10
        or, b = 4
a+5b = 22
or, a+5*4= 22( putting b =4)
or, a+20 = 22
or, a = 22-20
or, a = 2
therefore, a = 2
                 b = 4

kousikmaity157: ooo this was first solved by that girl
kousikmaity157: i do this by elimination method
Ne1999: i need with substituing method. but i received now.ok
kousikmaity157: oooo but you not asked in the question
kousikmaity157: that's why i done in elimination method
kousikmaity157: okkay
Ne1999: ok.
