Step-by-step explanation:

4x + 3y = 48   -----(I)

​6x - 3y = 13   -----(II)

Add (I) & (II)

10x = 61

x = 6.1

Putting the value of x = 6.1 in (I) we get

4(6.1) + 3y = 48

⇒ 24.4 + 3y = 48

⇒ 3y = 48 - 24.4 = 23.6

⇒ y = 7.87
