In equation first

x+y= 4

x= 4-y

Now putting the values of y= 1,2,3

we get x= 3,2,1

Now in equation two

2x-y= 2

2x=2+y

x= 2+y/2

Now putting the values of y= 0,2,-2

We get x= 1,2,0

Now put these x and y coordinates of equation 1 and 2 Separately in graph paper.

If both line will be straight and intersecting each other at a point

Then your graph is correct and the intersecting point will be the values of x and y
