Solution :-

5m - 3m = 19 ..................(1)

m - 6n = - 7 .....................(2)

5m - 3m = 19

⇒ 2m = 19

⇒ m = 19/2

⇒ m = 9.5

Substituting the value of m = 9.5 in (2)

⇒ m - 6n = - 7

⇒ 9.5 - 6n = - 7

⇒ - 6n = - 7 - 9.5

⇒ - 6n = - 16.5

⇒ 6n = 16.5

⇒ n = 16.5/6

⇒  n = 2.75

So, the value of m is 9.5 and the value of n is 2.75.
