Hii..

x+y=3-------(1)

x-y=-1--------(2)

add equ 1 and 2

so we get,

2x=2

and x=1

and y=2

Here's the Solution :

x + y = 3----> (1)

And ,

x - y = -1 -----> (2)

Adding (1) and (2) we have :

x + y +x - y = 3 -1

2x = 2

x = 1

Now form (1) :

1 + y = 3

y = 3-1

y = 2

Therefore , x = 1 and y = 2 .
