\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Question}}}}

Given,

3x - 7y + 10 = 0

y - 2x - 3 = 0

So,

3x - 7y + 10 = 0 ……….... (1)

y - 2x - 3 = 0 ……….... (2)

From (2),

y - 2x - 3 = 0

y = 2x + 3 …………. (3)

Putting value of y in (1),

3x - 7(2x + 3) + 10 = 0

3x - 14x - 21 + 10 = 0

-11x = 11

x = -1

Now,

Substituting value of x in (3),

y = 2x + 3

y = 2(-1) + 3

y = 1

Therefore,

x = -1 and y = 1
