Hey here is your answer..
2x - y =- 1
2x= - 1+ y
X= - 1 + y /2
Now putting the value of x in equation 2
2 (-1 + y /2) + 3y = 11
- 2 + 2 y/2 + 3y = 11
- 2 + y + 3y = 11
- 2 + 4y = 11
4y = 11 +2
Y= 13/4
Now we have to find the value of y.
X=- 1 + 13/4 × 2
X - 1 + 26 /4
X= - 4 + 26 /4
X= 22/4
So x = 22/4
Y = 13/4.
