First of all we have to make the coefficients of x or y equal. I am choosing x you may choose any.
Now I multiply the first equation by two and second equation by three.
(3x+2y=11) x2
(2x+3y=4) x3

6x+4y=22 ——————- 1
6x+9y=12 ———————2

Now subtract 1 from 2
6x+9y= 22
-6x-4y= -12
Now by elimination we get
5y=10
y=2
Put y=2 in first equation
3x=11-2y
3x=11-2x2
3x=7
x=7/3
