9x-15y = 12---2 equ

9x-2y = 7---3 equ

by subtracting both 2 and 3 equation

- 2y + 15y = 7 -12

13y = -5

y = -5/13

put the value of y in equation 1

3x-5X-5/13 = 4

3x+15/13 = 4

3x/1+15/13=4

39x+15/13=4

39x+15=4X13

39x+15=52

39x=37

x=39/37
