2x-3y=12 (eq.2)

By elimination method
By adding both the equation we get

3x=24
x=24/3
x=8

putting the value of X in equation 1

8+3y=12
3y=12-8
3y=4
y=4/3


4x+3y=a
4(8)+3*4/3
32+4 = 36

a = 36 ans
