The measure of adjacent angles of parallelogram are 8.29 and 171.5

Given: The adjacent angles of a parallelogram are 3x-2 and 50x

To find: The measure of adjacent angles

Solution:

Sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram= 180

Thus, (3x-2) + 50x = 180

3x-2+50x = 180

53x-2 = 180

53x = 180+2

53x = 182

x = 182/53

x = 3.43

Adjacent angles are:

3x-2 = (3× 3.43) -2

= 10.29-2

= 8.29

50x = 50× 3.43

= 171.5

Thus measure of adjacent angles of parallelogram are 8.29 and 171.5
