5x = 8-3y => x = (8-3y)/5

so, 3/5 (8-3y) - 2y + 75 = 0

or, 24/5 - 9y/5 - 2y + 75 = 0

or, - 9y/5 - 2y = -75 - 24/5

or, -1.8y - 2y = -79.8

or, y = -79.8 ÷ (-3.8) = 21

so, x = (8-3.21)/5 = -11
