We have to solve it using a suitable identity.....

So......

= (100 + 2) (100 + 3) (i)

By looking at it, we can say that the identity which will we use here will....

(x +a)(x +b) = x^2 + (a+b)x + ab (ii)

By comparing (i) and (ii), we can say that

x = 100

a = 2, and

b = 3

Therefore, using the identity .....

= (100+2) (100+3)

= 100^2 + (2+3)100 + 2×3

= 10000 + 600 + 6

= 10606.

Hence, your answer is 10606.
