(a) There are two vessels of equal weight, a cubical flask and a cylindrical flask. The
cubical flask is filled completely with water and the weight of water is found to be 12
cups. The water is then transferred to the cylindrical flask. What will be the weight

Solution:

The cubical flask is filled completely with water and the weight of water is found to be 12 cups.  

Weight of water will not changing on pouring into cylinderical flask

Weight of both vessels is same

weight of the water in the cylindrical flask will also be 12 cups
