It's better to seperate them both like

a+1 = -(a-2/3)+(a-1/2)

now solve further

like

a+1=. -2a+4+3a-3

----------------

6

now

a+1= a+1/6

6a+6=a+1

5a=-5

a=-5

i think this is right

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

On solving we get -

(2a - a + 1)/2 = (3 - a + 2)/3

(a+1)/2 = (5-a)/3

6a - 3a + 3 = 6 - 2a + 4

5a = 7

a = 7/5

Hope It Helps :)
