let 1/x=u and 1/y=v

3/x-1/y = -9, 2/x + 3/y = 5.

3u -v = -9 .........1

2u+3v = 5..........2

form eq1

-v = -9-3u

v= 9+3u

put v in eq2

2u+3(9+3u) = 5

2u + 27 +9u =5

11u = 22

u=2

put u for v

v= 9+3×2 = 9+6 =15

v= 15

x= 1/u = 1/2 and. y= 1/v = 1/15

x= 1/2 and y= 1/15
