6x+2y=3.......¡×1
x+4y=-1.........¡¡×6

6x+2y=3........¡¡¡
6x+24y=-6.....¡v

-22y=9

=>y=9/-22

Putting y=9/-22 in. ¡¡¡ we get

6x+2y=3

=>6x+2(9/-22)=3

=>6x+(9/-11)=3

=>66x+9/-11=3

=>66x+9=-33

=>66x=42

=>x=42/66

6x + 2y = 3 ------------ (1)
x + 4y = -1 --------------(2)

we multiply equation 2 from (6) we get

NOW SUBTRACT EQUATION 1 FROM 2 WE GET

6x + 24y = -6
6x + 2y = 3
----------------------
0 + 22y = -9

y = -9/22

NOW PUT THE VALUE OF Y IN EQUATION (2) WE GET

x = 4*-9/22 -1
= -36/22 - 1
= -52/22
