You have to draw the lines assuming that they are the streets. So you will have 5 horizontal and vertical lines as boxes. Mark each Street as 1,2,3,4and 5. Now for part 1 of the question (4,3) Mark that point. You will have only one such point. Similarly for part 2 of the question (3,4) you will have only one such point.
