Solve the given simultaneous equation - x+y-8/2 = x+2y-14/3 = 3x-y/4

x+y-8/2 =x+2y-14/3=3x-y/4

x+y-4= 3x+6y -14/3 =12x-y/4

x+y-4=x+6y=14 =3x-y=0
