Consider the given inequality is

(2x - 5) ≥ ( 1 - 5x)

Find:

Solution of x on number line

Solution:

Adding 5 on both sides of the inequality

(2x - 5 + 5) ≥ ( 1 - 5x + 5)

2x ≥ ( 6 - 5x)

Adding 5x on both sides of the inequality

2x + 5x ≥ ( 6 - 5x + 5x)

7x ≥ 6

x\geq \frac{6}{7}

The value greater than 6/7 is the solution which will shows the solution on the number line like this.
