x=-1+y(equ3)

substituting the value x in equ1

3(-1+y)-5y=-1

-3+3y-5y=-1

-3-2y=-1

-2y=-1+3

-2y=-2

y=-2/-2

y=1

substituting the value x in equ.3

x=-1+y

x=-1+1

x=0

x=0,y=1
