2x + 3 / 3x - 1 = 2x + 3 / 3x + 4
=> ( 2x + 3 ) ( 3x + 4 ) = ( 2x +3 ) (3x - 1)
=> 6x^2 + 8x + 9x + 12 = 6x^2 - 2x+9x - 3
=> 17x + 12 = 7x - 3
=> 10x = - 15
=> x = -3 / 2
