Answer:

 \frac{3}{2} x +  \frac{5}{3} y = 7 \: and \: 9x - 10y = 14

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  or \: 9x = 14 + 10y

  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   or \: x = (14 + 10y) \div 9

Putting the value of x,

 \frac{(7 + 5y)}{3}  +  \frac{5y}{3}  = 7

or  \: \frac{10y}{3}  = 7 -  \frac{7}{3}

or \: \frac{10y}{3 }  =   \frac{14}{3}

or \: y =  \frac{7}{5}

r \: y = 1 \frac{2}{5}
