 \frac{3y - 2}{4}  -  \frac{2y + 2}{3}  =  \frac{2}{3 - y}

 \frac{9y - 6 - 8y - 8}{12}  =  \frac{2}{3 - y}

(y - 14)(3 - y) = 24

3y - 42 -  {y }^{2}  + 14y = 24

 {y}^{2}  - 17y + 66 = 0

 {y}^{2}  - 11y - 6y + 66 = 0

y(y - 11) - 6(y - 11) = 0

(y - 11)(y - 6) = 0

y = 11 \: or \: 6
