 \frac{4(2x - 3) + 5(x + 3)}{20}  =  \frac{2x + 3}{4}

 \frac{8x - 12 + 5x + 15}{20}  =  \frac{2x + 3}{4}

 \frac{3x + 3}{20}  =  \frac{2x + 3}{4}

4(3x + 3) = 20(2x + 3)

12x + 12 = 40x + 60

12x - 40x =  - 12 + 60

 - 28x =  - 48

x =   \frac{ - 48}{ - 28}

x =  \frac{12}{7}

x = 1 \frac{5}{7}
