Elimination method:

Step-by-step explanation:

\ Given \ value:\\\\3x - 5y= 4.....(i)\\\\9x - 2y=7.....(ii)\\\\\\ Solution:\\\\\ equation \ (ii) \ multiply \ by  5 \ and \ equation \ (i) \ multiply \ 2 \ then \ subtract \ the value\\\\9x - 2y=7 \times 5 \\3x - 5y= 4 \times 2 \\\\\ 45x -10y=  35\\\ 6x -10y=8\\\ Subtract \\\\39x= 27\\\\x=\frac{27}{39}\\\\x=\frac{9}{13}\\\\\ put \ the \ value \ x \ in \ equation (i)\\\\  3(\frac{9}{13}) - 5y= 4\\\\\frac{27}{13} -5y=4\\\\\frac{27-65y}{13}=4\\\\27-65y=52\\\\65y=27-52\\\\65y=-25\\\\

y= - \frac{25}{65}\\\\y= - \frac{5}{13}\\

x = \frac{9}{13}  \ \ \ \ \  and \ \ \ \ y =- \frac{5}{13}\\
