3y +  \frac{2}{3}  = x + 1

 \frac{3y}{1}   +  \frac{2}{3}  = x + 1

 \frac{5y}{4}  = x + 1

 \frac{5y}{4}  = 1x

xy =  \frac{5}{4}  + 1

xy =  \frac{5}{4}  +  \frac{1}{1}

xy =  \frac{6}{5}
