Since order is 2×3 and 3×2,

resultant matrix will have order 2×2.

a11=(-3×2+-1×1+3×3)=2

a12=(-3×-3+-1×0+3×1)=12

a21=(-1×2+0×1+2×3)=4

a22=(-1×-3+0×0+2×1)=5

Hence matrix:-

(2 12)

(4. 5)
