65 - 15/y = -4 + 8/y

69 = 23/y

69y = 23

y = \frac{1}{3}

If y = \frac{1}{3}, then from equation (i)

x = \frac{2}{13-\frac{3}{\frac{1}{3} } }

x = \frac{1}{2}
