Elimination method
------

3x + 2y - 11 = 0
=> 3x + 2y = 11 -----(1)

2x - 3y + 10 = 0
 = 2x   +   3y  -  10 = 0
=> 2x + 3y = 10 -----(2)

(1) and (2)

3x + 2y  = 11
2x + 3y = 10

(1) × 2
=> 6x +4y = 22 ------(3)

(2) × 3
=> 6x + 9y = 30 ------(4)

(3) and (4)
(6x eliminated)

adding (3) and (4)

4y+9y = 22+30
= 13y = 52
y = 4

sub value of y in (1)

3x + 2×4 = 11
3x + 8 = 11
3x = 3
x=1

x = 1

y = 4
