Answer:

3x+2y=8

first we take the value of x as shown below:

1., 3x=8-2y

2., x=8-2y/3

Hence ,the value of x we get ,after it we will put x=8-2y/3 this value in equation 2x+3y=7

1., 2(8-2y/3)+3y=7 (we put 8-2y/3 in the place of x )

2., 16-4y/3+3y=7

3., 16-4y+9y=21

4., 16+5y=21

5., 5y=21-16

6., 5y=5

7., y=1 ,so the value of y=1 and this value of y in equation .

3x+2y=8

3x+2(1)=8

3x+2=8

3x=8-2

3x=6

x=6/3

x=2

hence the value of x,y=2,1
