1st we solve 2nd equation

-5y+2=0

5y=2

so, y=2/5

and then equation 1st

3x + 2y = 77

3x + 2×2/5 = 77

3x + 4/5 = 77

3x = 77 - 4/5

3x = 77 - 0.8

x = 76.2/3

x = 25.4

so, x = 25.4

y = 0.4
