So, I) 2x-3y=7 × 3 = 6x-9y=21

ii) 3x+2y=4 × 2 = 6x+4y=8

No let's subtract them,

6x-9y=21

(-)6x+4y=8

-13y=13

y=-1

Now for x

2x(-3×-1)=7, 2x+3=7

2x=7-3=4

x=2
