 \frac{3}{7}  + x =  \frac{17}{7}
 =  > x =  \frac{17}{7}  -  \frac{3}{7}
 =  > x =  \frac{17 - 3}{7}
 =  > x =  \frac{14}{7}
 =  > x = 2
