GIVEN : \angle{ABC} = 88°. AB is produced to point D. Ray BM bisects \angle{CBD}.

FIND : \angle{ABM} and reflex \angle{MBC}.

Solution :

*Refer the attachment for figure.

Now.. ABC is a line

So,

\angle{ABC}\:+\:\angle{CBD} = 180°

→ 88° + \angle{CBD} = 180°

\angle{CBD} = 180° - 88°

\angle{CBD} = 92°

Now..

BM bisects \angle{CBD} =

So,

→ 2\angle{MBC} = \angle{CBD}

\angle{MBC} = \dfrac{\angle{CBD}}{2}

\angle{MBC} = \dfrac{92}{2}

\angle{MBC} = 46°

What is \angle{ABM} ?

=> \angle{ABM} = \angle{ABC} + \angle{CBM}

→ 88° + 46°

→ 134°
